Back in Singapore of 1975, Jackson was a small trader of interior furnishing products. In the early 80's, it was felt the future of the company lay in carpets. Hence Jackson focused on acting as a leading wholesaler and distributor of carpets to service the South East Asian market. The 90's brought about Jackson's expansion into China, Hong Kong and Thailand, and into property development. In Singapore, Jackson holds the agency for Shaw Carpet Tiles as well as the agency for Suzhou Tuntex Carpets in South East Asia. Jackson currently occupies the ground floor of its own building, Merchant Square.
